While this was a hard transition at first, I have been finding it easier now that I have a decent selection of bare bone products that I love. Call me crazy, but I am always skeptical of “miracle” products, especially when they come with a hefty price tag. It is no surprise then that until recently I stayed far away from the GlamGlow Supermud Clearing Treatment, aka the cult favorite mud mask. Yet, I finally succumbed to my internal pressure to try this supposedly magical tub of mud when my face started breaking out in the fall of 2017. Restless nights combined with stressful work days led to the appearance of several pimples on my forehead and chin. Junk food and the consumption of a surprisingly large amount of Trader Joes’ peanut butter cups did not help. In true desperation, I decided it was time to try the very product I was convinced was overpriced: GlamGlow’s Supermud Clearing Treatment.
